Choir 2005

Last weekend (18 September 2005), Central Choir were asked to help out with a Musical project being done by a student.
It involved recording and filming.
As we always like to help with various projects and organisations, we jumped at the idea.
I attach hereto some of the pics from that session.
It was great fun.
Those involved were:

Subject: The visit of President Katsav
Dear Members of the Central Shule Choir
On behalf of the Zionist Federation of Australia and all those involved in organising the visit of the President of Israel, Mr Moshe Katsav to Australia, I would like to thank you sincerely for your involvement in this historic event.
There is no doubt that your complete cooperation helped to ensure the great success of this momentous occasion that will remain in the memories of all those involved for a long time to come.
The communal function was significant in that it brought together all sectors of our community including the seven Melbourne Jewish schools in a show of unity and solidarity, in an event that was planned and carried out in a spirit of cooperation and common purpose. This is the message we succeeded in communicating both to the President and to our own community.
The President and his wife left with a wonderful impression of our community and heartfelt messages to take back with them to Israel.
I wish you all a Yashar Koach and sincerely thank you for your participation. Please find some photos from the evening attached. Individual letters to each member of the choir will follow.
